We are VTSFFC, the Science Fiction and Fantasy Club at Virginia Tech. We are here to spread the goodness of science fiction and fantasy to the Virginia Tech community.

The Science Fiction and Fantasy Club at Virginia Tech was founded in 1982 by a group of Virginia Tech students who were also science fiction enthusiasts. The goal of the organization is to promote science fiction and fantasy -- in various media forms -- to the greater Virginia Tech community.

VTSFFC has meetings every Thursday at 7:30 PM in NCB (the New Classroom Building); for Fall 2021, we are in 110B. In addition, we hold conventions, gaming tournaments, picnics, and other social events.

Getting Involved

VTSFFC has many opportunities to get involved in leadership and event planning. We have four major officer positions, which are elected during Spring semester. In addition, our fall and spring conventions give students a chance to present their passions to a wider audience.
